The 90 Day Growth Plan

One of my favorite tools is the 90 day growth plan. It looks at all key areas of activities and skills needed to grow your business including: Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Financial Management, Operations and Administration, Product the Development, and Customer Service.

Since it can be easy to get off track and distracted with many things during the business week, this tool helps you to stay focused on your priorities. Staying on track and checking in during your 90 days will ensure you get things accomplished!

Finally, this is an easy tool to add to the cloud (there are many ways, google drive, smartsheet, dropbox) so you can check in on your progress on a regular basis.
