Retailer Guidelines

Everything You Need to Know

First Order

For your first wholesale order, we ask that you select a well-rounded mix of products from across our collection — feel free to combine hats, journals, teas, wellness products, accessories, and more. This helps you introduce the Grimmster brand effectively to your customers. There’s no strict minimum, and future orders can be as small or as large as you need.

Payment

All orders must be paid in full before shipping. We accept credit card or bank transfer payments through your wholesale account. Have questions? Contact us at 386-690-1800 — we’re happy to help.

Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP)

To protect the Grimmster brand and support our retail partners, we require all resellers to follow our Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policy. Our MSRP is listed in our wholesale line sheet and on our retail website. If you're unsure whether a discount or promotion complies, just check with us. MAP violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Third-Party Marketplaces

Grimmster products may not be sold on third-party sites like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, or similar platforms. Products must be sold through your own brick-and-mortar store or your business’s official website.

Collaborations & Exclusives

Products created through special collaborations or exclusive releases are not available for wholesale. You may only offer products made available through our official wholesale program.

No Product Repackaging

Grimmster products must be sold as originally packaged. Bundled or multi-pack items may not be separated or repackaged into new combinations. Our products are also not permitted to be sold as part of subscription boxes or similar services.

These terms are designed to preserve the integrity of our products and protect the value of the Grimmster brand for all of our trusted retail partners.
